How it works

One alarm. One first action. Biscuit for the part in between.

Alarm Buddy focuses on the moment after you hear the alarm—when leaving bed and beginning the morning can still feel difficult.

Choose a small first action

Pick Water, Bathroom, Get dressed, Get out of bed, or add one short action of your own.

Choose what happens when it rings

Stop the alarm normally, or choose Start with Biscuit when you want gentle company for the next step.

Move toward your morning

Biscuit guides a short transition toward your chosen action. Skip movement whenever you need to.

Start with something specific

Your morning action is part of the alarm.

Choose the first thing you want to move toward before you go to sleep. In the morning, Biscuit can guide the transition without turning it into a task list or habit programme.

  • Set, edit, turn off, or delete one recurring alarm.
  • Choose weekdays and one first morning action.
  • Your custom action text stays on your device.

A calm companion

Biscuit stays gentle and optional.

I’m right here. Stand up when you’re ready.

No games. No scolding. No claim that a mascot can guarantee you wake up.

You stay in control

Help when you want it. Ordinary controls when you don’t.

Stop

Dismiss the alarm normally without beginning the Buddy flow.

Start with Biscuit

Open Alarm Buddy and begin the short transition with Biscuit.

Skip movement

Leave the guided movement at any point if you feel dizzy, unwell, or simply need to stop.

A sensible first-three-mornings check

Keep your usual backup alarm five minutes later.

Use this temporary backup until Alarm Buddy has rung correctly for you on three mornings. Alarm Buddy is not a medical device, emergency alert, or guaranteed wake-up system.
